What is the standard turnaround time for an order?
Turnaround times vary by product, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days. This includes the time needed for production but does not include shipping transit time.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Since we strive for fast production, orders enter the printing process quickly. You may cancel or edit your order only if it is still in the 'Pending' or 'Waiting for Files' status. Once it moves to 'In Production,' changes cannot be made.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend uploading your files in PDF format for the best results. However, we also accept high-resolution JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS files with a minimum of 300 DPI.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because all products are custom-printed, we do not offer returns or refunds for customer errors such as typos or low-resolution images. If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 30 days for a reprint.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country and the weight of the package. Taxes and duties may apply upon delivery.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account dashboard.
